How long does shipping take?
Since we don't stock dusty warehouses but embroider each product exclusively for you only after you place your order, the production time is usually 3–5 business days. Shipping within Germany then takes approx. 2–3 business days. International delivery times within the EU are approx. 3–7 business days.
Where are the items finished?
We rely on a modern, resource-saving on-demand system: Each garment is only produced exclusively after your order. The final finishing – our precise premium yarn embroidery – as well as deployment are carried out by our specialized European interfaces. As a basis, we exclusively use carefully selected premium raw textiles. This way, we guarantee maximum durability, an excellent feel, and short transport routes.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, absolutely. As soon as your package leaves our logistics and has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking ID. This allows you to track the status of your deployment live at any time.

How can I return my order?
You can submit items for return within 30 days of delivery via our digital returns portal. Please note that unannounced returns cannot be processed by the system, and exclusive custom-made items from our [CUSTOM LAB] are excluded from exchange due to their individual frequency calibration. All details can be found in our return policy.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Should a design be faulty or your delivery show transport damage, we apologize for that. In this case, simply send us a photo of the problem directly to info@forgeloqx.com. We will analyze the error immediately and arrange for a free replacement delivery as quickly as possible.
